This guarantee applies only to issues directly caused by the use of Bodifresh and does not cover unrelated plumbing issues or pre-existing problems within your system.

2. Eligibility:

This guarantee applies exclusively to residential septic systems properly maintained and serviced according to industry standards. Documentation of regular maintenance, including septic tank pumping and inspections, may be required to validate a claim.

3. Exclusions:

• This guarantee does not cover clogs or damage caused by other products, materials, or objects introduced into the septic system, such as wipes, paper towels, grease, or non-septic-safe items.

• Bodifresh is not responsible for issues caused by faulty plumbing, improper septic system installation, or neglect.

4. Claim Requirements:

To file a claim under this guarantee, customers must provide evidence demonstrating that Bodifresh was the sole cause of the issue. This may include:

• A plumber’s written report detailing the cause of the problem.

• Proof of Bodifresh purchase.

5. Limitations of Liability:

Bodifresh’s liability is limited to covering up to $500 in plumbing repair costs for verified claims. This coverage does not extend to consequential damages, such as loss of use or property damage.

6. Modification or Termination:

Bodifresh reserves the right to modify or terminate this guarantee at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not affect claims already submitted or approved.

 

By using Bodifresh, you agree to the terms of this guarantee and acknowledge that Bodifresh is not responsible for septic system issues unrelated to the proper use of its product.
